Co-Active Coaching

Co-Active Coaching

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve heard the term ‘life coach’. I recognise there’s also a possibility that you aren’t quite sure exactly what it means.
Co-active coaching is a collaborative, non-directive conversation between coach and client that can bring about profound change through questions, reflection, choices and new behaviours. Both coach and client are active collaborators in the coaching relationship. Coaching will help you to feel good, to function well and to be your optimal best.
Through this process, my clients feel empowered to make courageous decisions about their life, relationships and work that feels right for them.
Coaching is powerful and practical, forward-looking and action-orientated. It’s different from counselling or therapy, more information here.

What will you get out of it?

  • Stop thinking and start doing
  • Do more of what you love
  • Replace unsupportive habits and behaviours with more supportive ones
  • Increase your confidence and self-esteem
  • (Re)connect to that inner spark and start feeling more alive
  • Improve your relationships with your partner, your family, friends, community or co-workers.

Free Taster Session

I always offer a free taster session.
It’s for you to learn more about coaching (what it is, and what it’s not) and how it works (if you’re new to coaching) and also to get to know me as your potential coach.
It’s for me to find out more about any challenges you’re facing and to see if coaching is what you need.  Pls get in touch to find out more.
There is no “One size fits all” formula in coaching, so there are several coaching options for you.  Check out what’s available here.

Coaching “The Co-active way”

“Co-active” means we are both active in reaching your personal goals.  I won’t judge and I won’t give advice: you have the answers within, knowing yourself best!  Our coaching relationship is based on mutual participation.  I will give 100% and support you in achieving your personal goals.

Ethics

I follow the Code of ethics and good practice of integrity and confidentiality of the Association for Coaching.
